YK2312 is one model CNC straight bevel gear generator especially suitable for cutting high precision straight bevel gears with small diameter and small module. It's applicable for manufacturing high precision instrument and apparatus.
This machine is 4-axis CNC gear machine with 3-axis simultaneous movement. The spindle servo motor is adopted, and tool setting & cutter adjustment can be realized by means of MPG.
Applications
The YK2312 CNC straight bevel gear generator is specifically engineered for rough and finish cutting of straight bevel gears. As China's first CNC straight bevel gear planer designed for modules below 2.5mm, this model is particularly well-suited for small-diameter, small-module, high-precision straight bevel gears. It finds extensive application in precision instrument and meter manufacturing industries where high-accuracy, small-sized gears are essential. The machine is capable of handling single-piece production, small-batch runs, and mass production, making it versatile for diverse manufacturing requirements.
The YKM2350 CNC bevel gear generator, on the other hand, is designed for processing straight bevel gears across a broader range of industrial applications. It is suitable for various machinery manufacturing sectors, accommodating both batch production and single-piece or small-batch manufacturing. With its larger capacity-handling workpieces up to 500mm in diameter and modules up to 10mm-this model serves heavy-duty industrial applications where larger gears are required.
Both machine models employ the generating principle (rolling cut method), where the workpiece gear and the generating gear formed by the reciprocating planer tools engage in relative rolling motion to perform gear cutting. Two gear cutting tools are used simultaneously for the cutting operation.
