Bevel Gear Cutting Machine

Main Applications:

 

The Bevel Gear Cutting Machine is designed for rough cutting or finish cutting straight bevel gears, especially suitable for cutting gears with crowned teeth. It offers high machining efficiency, approximately 3 - 5 times higher than machines of the same specifications, with low noise levels. The machine's machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard. Ideal for cutting straight bevel gears used in gear boxes, speed reducers, precision transmissions, and differential gears on luxury cars' rear axles.

 

Machine Features:

 

1. A SIEMENS 828D CNC control system with 4-axis CNC machine and 3-axis simultaneous movements.


2. Spindle servo motor for stepless speed regulation of the cutter spindle. Tool setting and cutter adjustments via electronic handwheel.


3. Unique structural layout of double cutter brackets for high rigidity.


4. High precision worm and worm wheel pairs drive the cradle and workhead. Rigid design for all machine structures and transmissions.


5. Imported CNC control system, electrical components, bearings, and sealing parts for reliability.


6. Free-standing sealed electrical cabinet with thermo-control device. Enclosure and auto chip conveyor included.
