Some heat-treating technology such as annealing, vibration aging and high frequency quenching have been done to the machine bed casting, which brings the machine with stable accuracy and longer service life.

Both the cutting movement and feed movement are of gear drive and stepless. Besides the machine has hydraulic overload protection unit to adopt powerful and continuous cutting.
