Features:
The machine equipped with Fanuc or Siemens CNC control system. AC motors are used for driving X,Y,Z,B and C axes of the machine are independently. The CNC system has the function of electronic gear box, so that the machine can operating in five axes with four coordinated.
The machine can perform a high loading power cutting and high-speed cutting. Using a coated high-speed steel hob or a carbide steel hob, the cutting speed of the machine is up to 70-2000m/min.
Based on the finish hobbing, the accuracy of the machine is no less than 7 grades of the national standard GB10095-2001. High stable thermal distribution design ensure high stable dimensions of the workpiece cutting.
Main applications:
Based on generating process, this machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, slight-tapered, worm wheel, crowning gears and splines.
It is of a high speed CNC gear hobbing machine, particulary suited for gear prouction industries, such as motorcycle, mini-bus, automobile etc..
It is characterized by compact structure, high rigidity, high efficiency, and easy operation. It can operate manually, and be able to work in muti-square cycles, An auto-loading/unloading device is available on the customer's requirements.
